Today went a little better than yesterday did. My sweet little boy is taking a nap and I did 65 minutes on the Peloton!
I was thinking while I was riding how far I’ve come in just three months. I’m so glad I made the decision to purchase this bike! I know it’s not the cheapest way to do things, but honestly the best way is whatever makes you want to keep up with it. This is definitely that.
When I was on the bike today I was thinking about all the ups and downs. The cycle of feeling up or down is part of life, so it’s part of anything you do in this life. It’s important to know that and reflect on it so our actions aren’t motivated solely based on feeling in a peak or valley. What gets us real results is the determination forward when we no longer feel like doing what we set out to do. Have some grace with yourself for doing your best OR doing the minimum. You will always have both types of days and you have survived 100% of them so far.
