Today felt terrible, both emotionally and physically. I wonder if I’ll notice a pattern after a whole year of Peloton of having rough days after going really hard? I guess we’ll see!
I felt emotional and it wasn’t necessarily that I didn’t feel like riding the Peloton, because I technically always want to, but because my body was so worn out from yesterday it made my emotions feel worse.

275 days to go in my challenge and I can’t wait to see what changes over time.
It’s currently been 90 days, so about 3 months, and here’s what I’ve noticed:
-I’ve lost 8lb
-Clothes fitting better
-My mine is a lot more stable
-I feel happier in general
– I’m sweatier in general? Is that normal? 😂
