Since my the weekend is over and I no longer have childcare for the week, I’m back to nap time workouts. I wasn’t really feeling it today. It’s that time of the month (sorry TMI) and my mood and energy level are in the crapper!

I decided to start with a warm-up ride just because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do yet. Emma Lovewell said something great – you can’t hate yourself into change. What a great concept! Don’t work out because you hate your body, work out because you love it.
When that was over, I searched by instructor to find something to attempt to lighten my mood. Jess King usually does the trick!

It didn’t feel like the best workout I’ve ever done, but I got it done and that’s what counts. I still met my goal to be in the first half of the ranks!
