I can’t even explain how much better I feel today. My son woke up hungry and asked for food. I don’t think I’ve ever been so scared in my entire life, but he’s doing really amazing today. He’s such a trooper after the week he’s had! My family came through in my time of need and helped me sleep, shower, or work at unusual times so I could function and catch up on some hours. I got 7 hours of sleep last night and I’m feeling LOADS better. I am so relieved. ❤️
As far as today’s workout goes…
I didn’t go all out because I still have a bit of a runny nose and fatigue, I got the cold my son had, but I still had an amazing workout. I first learned about tabata workouts in my CrossFit days. I hated to see that on the board, but I knew if I just suffered through it I’d have the best “CrossFit high” ever, so it was more of a love/hate. I decided to try one on the peloton to see if that feeling carried over and sure enough, it did! I feel so accomplished when I get one of those workouts in. The longest one I’ve ever done is 20 minutes, but I’m excited to eventually try a 30 minute tabata ride! Maybe this week. 😄
I hope you all have a beautiful Sunday. I’m looking forward to dinner with my dad and bonus mom 🥰
xoxo,
Sarah
