60 Days!

As an avid gamer in my pre-kid life, I am motivated by filling in little bubbles or “achievements” on an app, so when I saw that the maximum “Day Streak” on Peloton was 60 days, I decided to go for it right off the bat. I definitely didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I do!

My 30 Day Log

It says “0 Days” at the bottom because I did 30 days of exercise the previous 30 days, so it’s equal.

I thought I would take a break at the end of 60 days, but obviously I’m not really feeling like stopping. It’s turned into a full 365 days of Peloton now!

I will throw in one recovery day per week just for safety reasons, and that will be a 20-30 min recovery ride.

I’m really excited to see what happens in 365 days of consistent exercise. Looking forward to healthy blood pressure at the very least. It’s not out of control now but lack of exercise can’t serve me well long-term. I’m not getting any younger… 😭
